Theft of private property, extortion, and perjury is how Charter Realty Group who is partnered with the MHDC (alias: ES Housing Partners) operates Brittany Village Apartments. CRG doesn't care if they destroy lives in the process of perpetrating lies in Buchanan County courts by claiming false damages against tenants, and in some cases causing tenants to get arrested on false charges perpetrated by CRG employees. The MHDC sits silently in the background while the low income Missouri citizens they are serving are destroyed by a California based Corporate Slumlord that damages their credibility with false criminal charges and then proceeds to claim false damages in court and win unjustly large judgments against low income people who can't afford the legal fees to fight them. There have been cases where CRG has harassed tenants into moving and then filed evictions against them, even though they no longer lived at Brittany Village.

Never consider moving to Brittany Village Apartments if you value your dignity. Imagine this, you are paying fines to Municipal Court because you were found guilty of a misdemeanor concocted by CRG employees so that you lose all credibility when they file a lawsuit against you in Circuit Court for damages that do not exist in the apartment they harassed you into moving from, and then they get an eviction against you after you've already moved just to destroy any possibility of finding any other state financed affordable housing. The really sad part is the Missouri Attorney General is a member of the MHDC, along with the governor, lieutenant governor, the state treasurer, and six other persons appointed by the governor with the advice and consent of the Senate. The state of Missouri just stripped you of your dignity, ruined your credit, and possibly left you homeless because statistically that adds more federal funding to the state's budget.
